Good morning!
I have received several suggestions from our members about ideas on how to spend our time.
Firstly this is a free on line course looking at royal fashion through the ages, starting with The Tudors and ending with the Windsors: https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/royal-fashion
Today is the anniversary in 1945 of Bergen Belsen. One of our members has sent me a link to the Anne Frank Museum. It’s not a complete tour but there is a reconstruction of the secret annexe and a host of other background articles and information on Anne Frank and her family - and it is in English!

Some of our members will be interested in a series of lectures Nick Nelson is doing via zoom. These are to take place at 6 p.m. (lasting about an hour) starting this Friday 17 April. Nick will walk you through the brilliantly detailed St. Francis in the Desert by Giovanni Bellini, which can be viewed at the link below.

If you would like further details to take part please get in touch (studyday.cheltenham@theartssocietycheltenham.org) and I can send you all the details.
Do please get in touch with me if you have other ideas (or websites you have found of interest) that you would like to share with other members. I am always pleased to hear from you!
Best wishes
Bridget
Great post!
