MUMBAI

Dr Prasannajit de Silva is our guide to UNESCO world heritage site Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus railway station (also known as Victoria Terminus, as it was named for the Queen's Golden Jubilee in 1887), designed by Frederick William Stevens of the Public Works Department assisted by Raosaheb Vaidya and M M Janardhan. We'll also visit some of Mumbai's other Gothic architectural gems, including those designed by George Gilbert Scott and William Emerson.

Top tips:

View how the ‘Victorian Gothic and Art Deco Ensembles of Mumbai’ became a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Plus out our first cocktail from India - Mumbai Masala. This drink is made with a base of Mumbai's very own Chai, that's Tea, along with Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Apple Chunks, Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup, White Rum and Whiskey. Watch how to make it here. (8 mins)
