DO you want to relax with thrilling GD games like geometry dash subzero?
Currently, the economic crisis is taking place seriously as thousands of people lose their jobs. Only when playing avatar game, I don't think about this bad thing anymore.
We here in Mid Wales and Borders have around 100 members and 80 have renewed despite not being able to meet in person since last January. ( In February we had serious floods.) We keep in touch through regular Newsletters, phone calls, Zoom meetings and accessing lectures. We have plans for local 'self drive' visits.
I’m in Richmond, Surrey. We have 300 members and are putting on a full programme of online lectures, visits, walks and study days. Hi Lizzie Johnston from Hambleton, North Yorkshire here .....we are a society of 211 who under normal circumstances operate on or around a break even position. We are scattered over a wide area and are currently proposing to default to an online position, September to December and plan to operate 2021 almost normally if possible and depending on safety issues. We will be probably dipping into reserves as we have a high membership fee for 10 lectures per annum. We are intending to approach our neighbouring societies to maybe pool resources ....
